JRM Construction Management is providing full Pre-Construction and Construction Management Services for a 586,000SF Commercial Office Building Expansion and Conversion. The scope of work includes a portion of the lot having a 15-story core and shell tower and overbuild above the Macy’s original building of 6 stories while maintaining Macy’s normal retail store hours. A new entrance and lobby are included as well as a new 10-passenger elevator core and shear wall with a freight care to serve all floors, all new electrical, plumbing, sprinkler and HVAC services throughout the space. An all new Curtainwall and window wall combination façade package are being installed and JRM is overseeing the removal and restoration of the 150-year old cast iron façade on the Fulton Street entrance.
